If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on +353 (0)21 2355315 , or via email at email@example.com, Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm GMT, and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Right to Cancel: Under the European Directive on Distance Selling you have a statutory right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order. During this cooling off period you are entitled to receive a full refund including delivery charges. This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the item(s) from us. Used goods do not qualify for returns under Right to Cancel.

Postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.
Returns need to reach us within 14 working days from the day after the item was received. Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number and order number (from confirmation email), explaining why you are sending it back; we will then be able to refund you within 30 days of receiving a cancellation notice. If you are returning the items because you have changed your mind, you will have to pay the costs for returns.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment and will be made without undue delay on our part.
