As part of our UPS Delivery Service & iTrolley Delivery Services , we offer delivery to ROI from Monday to Saturday, as well as evening delivery between 6pm and 9pm.

Very occasionally, certain circumstances may dictate that we will be unable to deliver or install a product, as it will be unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.
In this extremely unlikely event:
• We will make clear the reason
• We will advise of any remedial work required
• We will reschedule the visit if appropriate
Products ordered online are either shipped from our warehouse, the supplier, or directly from the iTrolley store. As such, orders for multiple products may arrive at different times in separate packages. In this instance, each package will include a ‘Split Shipment’ email to indicate that products may be missing from the parcel but will be delivered at a later date.

Damaged Items / Missing Items / Wrong Items
Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. However items can get knocked about in transit and whilst often it is only the packaging that is damaged, the products themselves are occasionally damaged. Items also occasionally get misrouted or lost in transit.
If damage is noticed at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver.
We have entered into an agreement with various couriers whereby our customers in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, United States wishing to purchase from us can enter into a contract with our couriers to have products shipped to those countries.
With selected items, if we’re out of stock but know more is on the way, you may be able to order in advance.
Please note: if your order contains more than one item, availability and delivery of each may vary. In this case, you may receive your purchases separately, and at different times.
Items delivered direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier
As we say on the product page and confirmation page, deliveries direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier have their own terms and conditions, and delivery times/options may vary. When you order some large item deliveries, after you order the manufacturer will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We have worldwide delivery! We are based in Cork, Ireland and have fulfillment centers across the world which means you can shop our full* product range, delivered to your doorstep!
*Some product lines are only available for delivery in Ireland due to the nature of the product. You can find delivery availability when you reach the checkout.
When should I expect my order?
Due to high demand and increased safety procedures in our fulfilment centre deliveries may take longer than usual. Please bear with us; we’re hard at work getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Select items will be dispatched within 7 business days however some orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach you.

Who will delivery my order?
We ship all of our orders with secure courier services such as UPS, Armeax and our in-house delivery team and as a result, you can order with confidence that your goods will arrive safe and sound.

How can I track my order?
When orders are sent via couriers you will receive tracking information directly to your email address. When we send your order via our in-house delivery service we will contact you directly via the email provided on your order.
What if I miss my delivery?
Things happen; if you miss your delivery don’t worry, please email us on email@example.com if there are no details provided by the courier.
What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
If there is a problem with your delivery please send us an email on hello@iTrolley.ie or use the ‘Request a call back’ function on our home page and a member of our team will be in touch.
What are your delivery procedures though Covid-19?
Our drivers may preform curbside delivery if deemed necessary to protect both you and our drivers as well as practicing excellent hand hygiene with hand sanitization practices which are in operation.
